About Us
Just Ride Cycles is an Australian owned independent cycling, running and adventure store based in Lismore Northern NSW. The owners Jason and Rachel are keen cyclists, triathletes, adventure racers and runners and can often be found participating in events all over NSW, Queensland and Tasmania (if Rachel can find an event there). Both Jason and Rachel are qualified coaches and Level 1 Road and Track Commissaires.
On a daily basis you will find owner and UCI Level 1 Bike Mechanic-Jason busy fixing bikes, serving customers and drinking coffee; lots of coffee.
The other half of this partnership-his wife (Rachel) whilst not seen regularly at the shop is busy behind the scenes with the website and finding new places and races to explore or participate in be it by bike, kayak or on foot.
Just Ride Cycles was opened in May 2012 after it was decided that Jason needed to be closer to home: to be actively involved in his young family as well as having time to ride bikes and run with the whole family. The name Just Ride was taken from the first letter of both Jason and Rachel's names. Cycles was chosen because it sounds better than bikes.
